Voluntary Work
Education and the Internet have given me a great deal (not least the ability to keep the wolf from the door in retirement and stay connected online – that is not available to everyone in the world) and I am willing to give back. I acknowledge with sorrow that so many people are excluded from formal education, for social and economic reasons. My passion is for how the Internet can help people learn beyond formal educational institutions so I am really interested in interventions that help people overcome their exclusion from education. So if you want me to help in any way, please contact me – I will tell you honestly if it’s within my capacity and do what I can.
